At ESCON, we aim to mitigate undesirable consequences our clients may face as a consequence of unintentional negligence and non-fulfillment of statutory compliances and requirements. We maintain that the prevention or mitigation of these risks are less costly than the repercussions associated with damaged stakeholder relationships which usually come with prolonged unresolved disputes.
